What TwinSpann does with the material readers send us

This policy explains how TwinSpann processes messages sent through its contact form. The form accepts text only; it does not accept photographs or other file uploads. Last updated: October 8, 2026.

What you may send

You can enter your name, email address, an optional telephone number, a topic and a text message. Your message may include room dimensions or layout notes if you choose to share them. The consent checkbox is required to send the form.

What we do not collect

TwinSpann does not offer user accounts, online ordering or on-site advertising profiles. Our contact form is for enquiries, not for registration or uploading materials.

How submitted material is used

Messages and any room dimensions you provide are reviewed to address your enquiry. Submitting a message does not automatically add your layout to the published editorial library.
The contact form has no file-upload feature. Do not include confidential documents, full home addresses or personal details about children in your message.
The name, email address, optional phone number, selected subject and message are stored in a private server-side enquiry log and used to respond to your enquiry. A submission timestamp and selected page language are also recorded.
The website can retain essential server logs. Public pages load web fonts and interface libraries from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which can receive basic connection data when resources are fetched. The cookie-choice control saves your selection in a browser cookie and, when available, local storage. Any query parameters on the page are carried to the relevant confirmation page after a successful submission.

What to leave out

Please avoid sending names or other identifying details about children, exact home addresses, private documents or other sensitive information. The contact form cannot receive images or attachments.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your contact submission through the same contact form or by email. We retain enquiry information only as needed to process communications and meet applicable requirements.
